Kicking off the New Year at TLD

On Thursday, January 26, The Lab Depot hosted its yearly gathering, Kickstart 2023. Hosted at a local venue, the event serves as a springboard for the company’s upcoming year and presents a fun time for all staff members and executives to connect over shared goals for a prosperous and productive new year. Each year a theme is chosen for the event and the ensuing year. This year, the overarching theme is, “Do What It Takes.”
This year’s meeting also served as TLD’s 30th Anniversary gathering. Attendees played trivia about the company and were treated to an interview with CEO John Seelke by CFO Jere Allen. The interview provided the team with information about how the company started and how the last five years of the company have been pivotal to its growth and success. “I am very proud that we have been able to focus on building a healthy company culture and leadership training in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.” Hiring great people makes The Lab Depot remain ready, “To do what it takes,” regardless of changing circumstances and economic conditions.
The afternoon ended with John and all of the staff honoring TLD’s longest-employed staff member, Shelli Allison. Shelli celebrated 15 years of service with The Lab Depot this month and received several gifts of appreciation for her dedication.
