Large Capacity CO2 Air Jacketed Incubators, Infrared (IR) Sensor
Description
SHEL LAB CO2 Incubators
SCO Series Large Capacity Units
Ideal for Clinical, Analytical, and General Laboratory Applications
SCO large capacity CO2 incubators provide the uniform temperatures and highly stable CO2 environments necessary to prevent shocks to cell samples.
Features and Benefits
Contamination control, data logging capabilities, and automatic CO2 deviation alarm protect the SCO large capacity CO2 incubators against microbiological contamination.
Extensive use of copper in the humidity heated CO2 feed line and precise airflow management designed to prevent condensation adds reassurance that foreign microbes will not affect test results. Cleanup is a breeze with the all stainless steel chamber.

-
Laboratory equipment, particularly controlled temperature equipment, must help ensure that the environment in which specimens or cell cultures are being studied is safe and contaminant-free, and that, above all, study results are reliable.
-
In the ideal laboratory setting, transferring cell growth samples in and out of incubators would be done without concern about contamination and its potential effect on samples. But until environmental control equipment creates this perfect environment, monitoring contamination and ensuring a clean test environment is critical.
