Suspension Culture Flasks

CELLTREAT Suspension Culture Flasks are designed for suspension cell culture applications where cell attachment is not desired. The non-treated, hydrophobic flask surface does not facilitate cell attachment, while the clear polystyrene construction provides visibility during culture and handling. Multiple flask sizes are available to support workflows ranging from smaller cultures through larger-volume suspension applications.

A large opening and canted neck design provide convenient access to the flask interior for pipetting and other handling procedures, while the stable base allows the flask to stand upright during filling. Vent caps feature a 0.22 µm hydrophobic membrane to allow gas exchange while helping minimize the risk of contamination. Flasks are also printed with lot numbers and expiration dates to support identification and traceability.

The available range includes 25 mL, 50 mL, 250 mL, and 800 mL suspension culture flask formats. The 800 mL flask is supplied sterile, non-pyrogenic, and RNase/DNase free and features graduated volume markings for convenient volume reference.
