The filter’s core strength lies in its commitment to purity and precision. Its extremely low ash content (0.007% maximum) is essential for obtaining accurate weight measurements in combusted samples. While its Fine Porosity results in a Slow Flow Rate (1870 s Herzberg), this is the necessary trade-off for capturing the smallest particulates. The high purity also makes it suitable for processes that require ashing and for preparing samples for sensitive instrumental analysis where large particles must be eliminated.
