UniStore™ HDPE Narrow Mouth Reagent Bottles

UniStore™ Narrow Mouth, HDPE, reagent bottles are manufactured from USP Class VI resin that is FDA-21CFR compliant. Excellent chemical resistance to most acids, bases, and alcohols. Polypropylene caps are included.

• Each bottle includes a precision-matched polypropylene (PP) screw cap featuring an integrated molded sealing ring. This deep-thread engagement ensures a reliable, liquid-tight seal without relying on separate cap liners that can degrade or trap contaminants
• The high-molecular-weight HDPE matrix yields outstanding chemical resistance against most aggressive laboratory acids, bases, and alcohols, preventing container erosion or sample cross-contamination
• Advanced blow-molding fabrication guarantees precise, uniform wall thickness. This structural consistency eliminates thin spots, preventing accidental punctures, cracking, or splitting under physical stress
• Hydrophobic interior surfaces minimize sample binding or liquid retention, ensuring maximum fluid recovery when pouring expensive reagents

Tip: While high-density polyethylene (HDPE) provides excellent low-temperature resilience and rugged drop-resistance, it should not be autoclaved. For sterilization protocols, opt for gas sterilization (EtO) or chemically sanitize the bottles before filling.
