The Draining Rack provides an excellent option for post-wash draining of tubes and bottles.
Features:
- High-Capacity Modular Grid: Features a rigid backplate with 20 integrated positions. The included 5-inch pegs are secured from behind via individual screw-nuts, letting you adjust or remove pegs to accommodate wide-mouth Erlenmeyer flasks or specialized volumetric vessels.
- Integrated Fluid Management: The base of the rack features a sloped wastewater collection tray coupled with a dedicated drainage port. This channels dripping wash water directly to a nearby sink or collection carboy, keeping benchtops completely dry and free from hard water stains.
- Dual-Installation Versatility: While sturdy enough to stand independently on flat work surfaces, the backplate contains two pre-drilled structural holes, allowing the entire system to be wall-mounted to reclaim valuable counter space.
Installation Tip: When wall-mounting near standard wash basins, ensure the drainage tray port is positioned with a slight downward slope toward the sink. Attach a length of flexible silicone or Tygon® tubing to the drain port to route water cleanly without splashing onto adjacent electrical outlets.
