Engineered with maximum chemical durability in mind, all internal wetted parts are manufactured exclusively from PTFE and borosilicate glass. This premium material selection makes the dispensers highly resistant to aggressive reagents, acids, and bases. The system is incredibly user-friendly, easy to disassemble for routine maintenance, and can be fully autoclaved at 121°C to maintain a sterile laboratory workflow.

Reagent Handling & Safety Profiles:

Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) Restriction: Because the wetted pathway contains high-purity borosilicate glass, Hydrofluoric Acid will violently etch and dissolve the internal components. Never introduce HF to this device.
Fuming Acids Precaution: When working with concentrated fuming acids, ensure the dispenser is operated entirely inside a certified chemical fume hood. Take special care to flush and clean the piston cylinder assembly immediately after use to prevent aggressive vapor buildup from damaging non-wetted parts.
Autoclaving Protocol: Prior to running a steam sterilization cycle, disassemble the dispenser components according to the user manual. This ensures that the steam can thoroughly penetrate the fluid channels and allows materials to expand evenly under pressure.
