Thermo Scientific™ SAHARA S45 stainless-steel baths are offered in a wide selection for efficient heating from ambient 13° to 200°C, with maximum bath volume of 41 liters. The SAHARA series of heated bath circulators are available with a wide variety of work area dimensions to meet your internal or external circulation requirements. A selection of eight different controllers will create the perfect fit for your application. Rugged and corrosion-resistant for high temperature applications up to 300°C. The S45 is available in multiple electrical configurations to suit global laboratory standards.

Operational Best Practices:
- Fluid Selection: To achieve temperatures above 95°C, ensure you are using a high-temperature silicone oil rather than water to prevent evaporation and boiling
- External Circulation: When connecting to external instruments, ensure the tubing is rated for the target temperature and secured with the included clamps to prevent high-pressure leaks
- Maintenance: Periodically check the tank for mineral buildup if using water. Using distilled water will significantly extend the life of the heater coils and internal sensors
- Safe Operation: All units are UL/CSA compliant, assuring safe operation in the unlikely event of a fault condition
