• Silanization Note: While these are standard Type 1 glass, if you are working with highly polar or "sticky" compounds (like proteins or certain pesticides), you may require NSC Silanized (deactivated) versions to prevent analyte loss.
• Loading Tip: Place the insert into the vial before adding your sample. Use a long-reach pipette tip to fill the insert to avoid air bubbles at the conical point, which can cause injection errors.
