The Orion Star A223 offers ultimate probe versatility by automatically recognizing both luminescence-based RDO optical probes and traditional polarographic DO probes. Operating accuracy is streamlined through automatic temperature compensation, manual salinity adjustment (0.0 to 45.0 ppt), and automatic barometric pressure correction via an internal barometer (400 to 850 mmHg). Equipped with a large backlit graphic LCD, non-volatile memory storing up to 1,000 data sets with date/time stamps, and extended 800-hour battery life, it provides uncompromised performance for mobile testing routines.
