Two-fold thickness of 18-gauge steel forms 3.2 mm raised edges on all four sides of the shelving. The edges give an all-around rigidity and high strength structure. The flat, solid style with the raised edge on all four sides and at the corners cotains spills, minimizes contamination, and permits easier clean-up.

The solid shelves are available in three materials and finishes: galvanized shelves, type 304 stainless steel, and premium autoclave type 304 stainless steel. The galvanized steel shelves are ideal for applications that require solid shelving or a work surface and minimum resistance to corrosion. The standard type 304 stainless steel shelves have epoxy coated cast corners address the majority of applications for solid, corrosion resistant shelves or work surfaces. The premium autoclave type 304 stainless steel shelves feature an all-stainless construction to withstand high temperature, corrosive applications.

Each style of solid shelving contains a 1 year defect warranty from the date of product shipment.
