The DNA Quantification Kits allow accurate fluorescent quantification of dsDNA. Each kit has a concentrated fluorescent assay reagent, dilution buffer, and ready-to-use DNA standards. There is an option between a high-sensitivity or broad-range kit, each with a different detection range and sample concentration capabilities.
Accuris™ DNA Quantification Kits are designed for accurate fluorescent quantification of dsDNA using instruments such as the Qubit™, SmartDrop™ XF, and microplate readers. The reagents are highly selective for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA); quantification results will not be skewed by single-stranded DNA (ssDNA), RNA, protein, or nucleotides in a sample. Each kit includes a concentrated fluorescent assay reagent, dilution buffer, and ready-to-use DNA standards. The assay reagent is diluted using the buffer provided, the sample is added (1 µL to 20 µL), and the concentration is determined by using an appropriate fluorometer instrument that utilizes blue excitation (460 ± 20 nm) and measures green fluorescence (525-570 nm).
