Validated to ISTA 7E standards, these totes utilize Vacuum Insulated Panel (VIP) Temp-Shield™ technology to ensure vaccines, biologics, and blood products remain within the strict 2°C to 8°C range for over 48 hours—all without the need for dry ice or external power.

Summary of Operating Procedures

To maintain a validated 2°C to 8°C environment:

Condition Panels: Freeze the six PCM5 panels for 24 hours, then let them sit flat (not stacked) at room temperature (+21°C) for 20 minutes
Assembly: Line the base and four sides of the VIP tub with panels
Loading: Place product inside, add dunnage if necessary, and place the final panel on top (flush with beveled edges)
Seal: Zip the outer bag and secure buckles
