PYREX® Solution Bottles With Tooled Neck are designed to store solutions and are ideal for media preparation. The 9.5L (2 1/2 gallons) and 13.25L (3 1/2 gallons) sizes are in a conventional lab bottle shape, while the 19L (5 gallons) and 45.5L (12 gallons) sizes are similar in design to a carboy. The necks on these solution bottles are tooled to increase mechanical strength and for uniform stopper fit.

Features:
- Designed for storage of solutions and are ideal for media preparation
- Suitable for storing distilled water and standard solutions
- Will withstand hot air (dry) or steam (wet) sterilization

- Takes a No. 12 rubber stopper
