Features:

Saw Tooth Advantage: The jagged teeth of the 7mm to 20mm probes provide a mechanical shear that is essential for tearing through tough, fibrous animal or plant tissues.
Open Slotted Efficiency: Designed for the 30mm to 59mm range, the open-slot design facilitates maximum sample circulation and vertical flow, perfect for large-volume emulsions.

Operational Best Practices:

Shaft Submergence: For proper homogenization and to protect both the generator and the sample, the liquid height should reach at least half-way up the generator shaft.
Bearing Care: The PTFE bearings are designed for long life but are wear items. Periodically disassemble the probe to check for smoothness. If the shaft feels "gritty" when turned by hand, it is time for a bearing replacement.
