The Mystaire® ISO5 Series of Laminar Flow Cabinets provide a sterile environment by constantly flowing ISO 5 HEPA-filtered air to protect the product or application from contaminants. These workstations are easy to operate and are equipped with a position indicator switch to turn on the blower and fluorescent light when the sash is raised. The full-closure sash design seals the chamber to eliminate the potential of airborne contaminants from entering the fume hood. This workstation does not use ultraviolet light but still contains fluorescent lighting and airflow.

The Laminar Flow Cabinets are constructed of high-quality, thermal plastics to provide for ease of cleaning and maintenance. The main chamber is made of polycarbonate and high-density polypropylene. The polypropylene allows the chamber to be non-hydroscopic, non-stick and does not break down when exposed to harsh disinfectants. The cabinets are available in a variety of widths with multiple accessories to keep your equipment running smoothly for any application need.

The workstation is shipped fully assembled!

Unlike other workstations, a major advantage of the Mystaire MY-ISO 5 workstation is having a full-closure sash; when not in use the chamber is sealed to eliminate the potential of airborne contaminates from entering the fume hood.

Process Steps:

Room air enters and is cleaned via electrostatic pre-filtration
Air then moves downward through the HEPA filter
Clean vertical laminar flow air enters the chamber
Clean air is recirculated into the room
