By eliminating "ice float" and lopsided tubes, the CoolCaddy™ provides a secure, organized, and dry environment for your most sensitive assays. Simply store the CoolCaddy™ in a standard -20°C freezer overnight. Once placed on the bench, it is engineered to maintain a temperature range between 2°C and 4°C for up to five hours. Description
The CoolCaddy™ is uniquely designed with a multi-format layout, allowing you to cool an entire experiment's worth of reagents in a single footprint:
- PCR Formats: Holds one 96-well PCR plate, 96 individual PCR tubes, or 12 x 8-strips
- Microtubes: Dedicated ports for 9 x 1.5/2.0 mL tubes and 5 x 0.5 mL tubes
- Cryo Storage: Space for 8 x 2.0 mL cryovials
- Bulk Reagents: Includes a dedicated slot for a 1 x 50 mL multi-channel reservoir
