Each wire rack is constructed in two options. They are available in two sizes, and steel with a brite finish or type 304 stainless steel with a stainless steel finish. These pan racks allow for an economical solution for the storage and transport of bun pans.

End-load models provide a large tray landing area. The 1.5-inch spacing allows room for 38 pans or the 3-inch spacing allows room for 20 pans per rack unit with a weight load capacity of 30 lbs per rack. The racks are easily assembled without the need for special tools. Models RE1 and RE3 have four 5 inch wheels attached for easy transportation.
