Laboratory Maintenance & Safety:
- Ventilation Management: The air flap position is electronically controllable. For rapid drying, open the flap to exhaust moisture; for temperature-only aging, keep the flap closed to conserve energy and maximize uniformity.
- Load Distribution: To ensure optimal airflow in a natural convection oven, do not overfill shelves. Leave a 20% gap between items to allow the rising heat to circulate effectively.
- Medical Device Compliance: Note that the UNm (Medical) variant is specifically certified for heating fango and silicate packs in physiotherapy environments.
