- Seamless Communication: Equipped with USB and Ethernet interfaces, allowing for the easy download of data logs and the management of multiple appliances from a central PC.
- Natural Convection Advantage: Ideal for drying light or powdered materials (like fine chemicals or pharmaceutical excipients) that would be blown around in a forced-air system.
Laboratory Maintenance & Safety:
- Data Integrity: The integrated data logger has a storage capacity of at least 10 years. For audit-ready compliance, use the USB port on the ControlCOCKPIT to transfer these logs to your digital records weekly.
- Ramp Profiles: Use the TwinDISPLAY to set "Set-point wait" functions, this ensures the timer doesn't start until the internal chamber temperature has actually reached your desired set-point, rather than just starting as soon as you hit "Go."
- Uniformity: Because this is a natural convection oven, avoid "shelf crowding." Blocking the side heating elements with oversized trays will disrupt the natural thermal rise and create cold spots.
