Miller's LB Broth contains a 20-fold increased concentration of sodium chloride (NaCl) compared to the original formulation (10.00 g/L NaCl). This high-salt formulation enhances the growth and maintenance of cells used in work with plasmid DNA. The broth is supplied ready-to-use in 1 L bottles, eliminating the risk of in-house preparation errors. It is manufactured in a facility compliant with an ISO 13485 certified quality system, and a Complete Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for each lot, ensuring superior quality and traceability.
