The Defender 6000 washdown scales meet metrological approvals, NSF listing, and supporting HACCP systems. It contains sealed stainless steel IP69K protection, a 316 stainless steel platform, and a stainless steel indicator for easy cleaning in the laboratory.

The Ohaus Defender 6000 include fast weight display, simple connectivity, and multiple software models to meet food, chemical processing, and packaging needs. The scales and indicators are made of a special material to avoid damage from cleaners and additives. This specific model offers multiple connectivity options such as built-in RS232 and USB host, 2nd RS232/RS485/USB device, analog output, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, Ethernet and Discrete I/O with relays. This product also contains a hands-free, touchless sensor to reduce the risk of contamination.
