Molded from high-impact Polypropylene (PP), Mega Racks arrive fully assembled and ready for immediate deployment. Available in single-size (up to 216 wells) and double-size (up to 432 wells) formats, they accommodate standard blood collection tubes (5 mL to 10 mL) as well as 15 mL conical centrifuge tubes and 20 mm round-bottom tubes. Each rack features molded alphanumeric grid coordinates for fast sample retrieval and effortless batch tracking, paired with a lightweight, rigid frame designed for stable transport between prep stations, incubators, and cold storage units.

Autoclaving & Handling Guidelines:

Autoclaving Protocol: Fully autoclavable at 121°C (250°F) for 20 minutes. Ensure racks are supported evenly on autoclave shelves during thermal cycles
Tube Sizing Note: 13 mm models fit standard 5 mL to 7 mL blood draw tubes; 16 mm models fit 10 mL tubes; 20 mm models accommodate 15 mL conical centrifuge tubes and 20 mm round-bottom tubes
