The Yamato VBE Series Vented Balance Enclosures are specifically engineered to provide a stable, draft-free environment for high-precision analytical weighing while protecting the operator from fine powders, chemical aerosols, and biological products. Constructed from 3/8" optically clear jeweled acrylic, these enclosures offer 360-degree visibility. The system utilizes a top-mounted HEPA blower system that circulates air through internal baffles and filters it before exhausting it back into the lab. The phenolic base is not only chemically resistant but also provides high-density stabilization to minimize the vibrations that typically interfere with micro-balance accuracy.

Installation & Maintenance Tips:
Placement Strategy: For optimal performance, place the VBE away from doors, air conditioning vents, or high-traffic walkways that could create cross-drafts and interfere with the unit's face velocity.
- Electrical Access: Each unit features a dedicated electrical cord outlet port, allowing you to power your balance without compromising the containment seal.
- Filter Replacement: Monitor the airflow alarm closely. A decrease in face velocity typically indicates that the HEPA filter is reaching capacity and requires replacement to maintain safety standards.
