Constructed from high-quality polypropylene or polystyrene, Falcon® Conical Centrifuge Tubes feature a conical bottom design for efficient sample recovery and consistent results. Advanced resin selection and precision molding create strong tube walls capable of withstanding high-stress situations, including centrifugation up to 16,000xg (50 mL polypropylene). Dual-threaded or dome seal caps reduce cross-threading and leakage, ensuring sample integrity.Falcon® tubes are nonpyrogenic, tested to less than 0.1 EU/mL, nontoxic per USP standards, and engineered for low protein binding to minimize interference in sensitive assays. Supplied in medical-style packaging with reusable racks or eco-friendly bulk packs, they combine convenience with sterile, ready-to-use performance. For large-volume tubes, support cushions are recommended to ensure secure rotor placement and safe centrifugation.
