The oven’s superior performance is derived from its 5-sided heating design, which provides uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber. This, combined with its ability to maintain a deep vacuum, allows the oven to operate at temperatures that rapidly facilitate the removal of volatiles without degrading the product. Safety and quality are paramount, with all models ETL certified to UL and CSA standards and undergoing a rigorous two-time, 24-hour vacuum leak test before shipping.

- All stainless steel internal tubing provides a higher ultimate vacuum, holds the vacuum seal 10 times longer, and requires minimum maintenance
- 4th generation low proportional gain temperature controllers ensure ±1°F accuracy in either °F or °C
- Includes a secondary over-temperature protection dial
- ETL certified to UL and CSA standards; includes a built-in alarm that alerts you when the safety circuitry shuts the oven down due to out-of-range temperature
- Features an easy-to-clean stainless steel interior, 3 in thermal insulation, an oil-filled mechanical vacuum gauge, and built-in swivel casters
- New KF25 inlet filter keeps the oven clean, and all stainless steel vacuum and vent valves provide cleaner connection and more accurate control
- 110V Units are equipped with NEMA 5-50P Plug and the 220V Units are equipped with 6-20P 230V Plug
