Built with rugged, high-impact polystyrene collars and preassembled for immediate use, each funnel is individually bagged to guarantee sample integrity. Adaptable to your existing setup with included adapters for No. 8 stoppers on vacuum manifolds or filter flasks, these funnels feature a 47 mm diameter cellulose nitrate membrane, certified for dependable water quality work. For specialized applications, our 250 mL sizes are perfect for testing foaming beverages, and a unique gray membrane option (#147-0045) enhances colony detection and counting. Use these economical sterile disposable filter funnels to perform microbiological QC testing and analysis of water, food/beverage, raw material and finished product. The squeeze and twist funnel is easy to remove for retrieval of the CN membrane.
