The Hybex™ Erlenmeyer Flasks are manufactured from high quality, borosilicate 3.3 glass. These flasks are perfect for measuring and holding components for experimental methods. For storage of media and cultures, the capped flasks include an autoclaved polypropylene cap and drip-ring. They contain threads that are standard GL-45 for compatibility with a wide range of cap types from various manufacturers.
The Hybex™ borosilicate 3.3 glass material provides temperature resistance compared to standard glass. The Hybex™ glass is ideal for shaking applications , media preparation, and long-term storage. The standard flasks have permanent, white enamel graduations for volume measurement and a white identification box for marking or coding.
