AF Series Analog Forced Air Convection Ovens

The AF Series is engineered for durability and reliable performance. The cabinets feature heavy steel double-wall construction and a hard, scratch-resistant finish. Interiors are made of corrosive-resistant aluminized steel, insulated with high-density mineral wool. Heating is provided by energy-efficient, low-watt density incoloy sheathed elements for quick run-up and recovery. The analog controls are simple and reliable, using an automatic hydraulic or bi-metal thermostat with dial markings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. Available in capacities from 0.6 cu. ft. to 2.86 cu. ft., each oven is backed by a full 18-month factory warranty.
