Features:
- The exterior locking ring and inlet cap design allow for quick assembly by hand-tightening without the risk of tearing or twisting the membrane filter
- Volume Specific Optimization:
- 13 mm Swinney: Optimized for small volumes (1–5 mL) dispensed via syringe
- 25 mm: Designed for filtering up to 50 mL of sample
- 47 mm: Capable of filtering up to 1 Liter, depending on sample viscosity
- The 47 mm model conforms to EPA Method 1311 (TCLP)* for hazardous waste compliance, essential for evaluating metal mobility (Regulatory Compliance)
- In-line holders feature dual support screens, allowing for Bi-Directional Flow and preventing membrane rupture during back-pressure events
- Several syringe holders can be attached together for multi-stage serial filtration processes

Maintenance & Operation:
- IMPORTANT! Autoclaving Note: To ensure proper steam penetration and prevent thermal stress, reassemble the unit loosely before placing it in the autoclave
- Sealing: 3 O-rings to prevent leaks across all membrane types; ensure O-rings are seated properly before hand-tightening
- Cleaning: Disassemble and clean with non-abrasive detergents. Rinse thoroughly with deionized water and air dry before reassembly
