Description
The optimized buffer system includes powerful RNase inhibitors and a thermostable MMLV-derived reverse transcriptase for robust first-strand cDNA synthesis. Accuris Hot Start Taq Polymerase uses an antibody-mediated activation mechanism, enabling room temperature setup while reducing non-specific amplification. An inert blue tracking dye is included to improve pipetting accuracy and minimize handling errors.
Three kit options are available to meet diverse experimental needs:
