Description
The bags' primary benefit is their integrated safety system and high durability. They are autoclavable up to 135°C (275°F) maximum and feature a visible temperature indicator that turns dark to confirm that the contents have been successfully sterilized. Engineered for strength, the bags are highly resistant to tears and punctures and meet the requirements of the ASTM D1709 puncture inspection standard. They are clearly printed with the universal biohazard symbol and are supplied complete with 20 cm twist tie wire closures that allow for proper bag expansion and ventilation during the autoclave cycle.
Available in a wide range of capacities, from 1 L up to 210 L, these 2 mil (50 µm) thick bags provide a versatile and compliant solution for any lab waste volume.
