Application & Compatibility Notes:
- Autosampler Fit: These vials are specifically designed for the original Waters WISP™ 48-position and 96-position carousels.
- Closure Selection: Ensure you use 8mm polyethylene snap plugs. These plugs are designed to be pushed into the shell vial, creating a seal that can be easily pierced by the autosampler needle.
- Limited Volume Extraction: When using the 700 µL conical vial, calibrate your autosampler needle depth carefully to ensure maximum recovery without bottoming out the needle.
