Application & Compatibility Notes:

• Closure Selection: These vials require 8mm polyethylene snap plugs for a secure seal. These plugs are pushed into the vial to create a friction-fit closure that is easily pierced by the autosampler needle
• Standardized Height: At 30mm in height, these are a shorter alternative to the more common 40mm shell vials. Ensure your autosampler needle depth is calibrated for the 30mm length to avoid mechanical errors
• Storage: While excellent for routine work, shell vials are best used for short-to-medium term storage; for long-term storage of highly volatile solvents, consider screw-thread alternatives
