Constructed from high-quality Type I Borosilicate glass, these vials are available in both clear and amber configurations to protect light-sensitive compounds while ensuring the highest chemical resistance.
Features:
- The fused-in insert provides the recovery benefits of a micro-vial with the stability and handling of a standard 12 x 32 mm vial
- Designed for high-efficiency extraction of small sample volumes, leaving minimal residual dead volume
- Interlocked technology keeps the insert stationary, preventing needle strikes and ensuring reliable sample aspiration in high-speed robotic systems
- Amber glass options (30209NG-12A / 30209MNG-12A) are ideal for light-sensitive analytes
- Standard 9 mm thread finish is compatible with most R.A.M.™ (Robotic Arm Friendly) closures
Autosampler Setup: Because the insert is fused to the bottom of the vial, you can safely set your autosampler needle depth to a much lower clearance than with free-standing inserts, allowing for maximum sample utilization without fear of the needle pushing the insert aside.
