The Hermle Z600 SIEVA-3 is a high-performance filtration centrifuge designed for laboratories that require precise batch separation of crystalline substances or coarse particles. Unlike standard centrifuges, the SIEVA-3 allows for the continuous inflow of suspension through an opening in the lid while the unit is spinning. Centrifugal force builds a filter cake against the basket wall, while clarified liquids are discharged through a side exit.

Basket Required: Except for the bundle options, the base units do not include a basket. One basket is required for operation. Baskets are available in Perforated (for standard filtration) or Non-Perforated (for decantation) styles. Filter mesh sizes range from 7 µm to 50 µm.
