The BEING Scientific BIT Series provides a stable, "no-fan" environment ideal for protocols sensitive to airflow or dehydration. By utilizing natural convection, these incubators ensure that delicate samples, such as those in microbiology, tissue culture, or pharmacy, are not compromised by high-velocity air movement. Each unit is engineered with a color touchscreen programable controller for accurate thermal management and a corrosion-resistant mirror stainless steel interior. The rounded internal corners facilitate rapid and thorough decontamination, while the anti-skid shelf design allows for safe, one-handed operation during sample loading.

- Dual Protection Safety: Features both a temperature deviation alarm and an independent over-temperature protection system that meets DIN 12880 requirements, ensuring your samples are shielded even in the event of a primary controller fault.
- Easy Maintenance: The coved (rounded) corners of the inner chamber prevent the accumulation of contaminants and simplify the sterilization process.
- Data & Control Upgrade: These units now feature a color touchscreen programmable controller and a integrated USB data port for streamlined protocol management and digital record-keeping.
- Intelligent Recovery: The Auto-Start feature ensures that the unit resumes its heating profile immediately upon the return of power following an outage, minimizing sample loss.
Operational Best Practices:
- Uniformity Note: Because natural convection relies on gravity-driven air movement, avoid over-crowding the shelves. Maintain at least 1 inch of clearance around your containers to ensure even heat distribution.
- Shelving Capacity: While each unit includes 2 standard shelves, the high-capacity BIT-200 can hold up to 16 shelves. Ensure you distribute heavy loads across the anti-skid supports to maintain balance.
- Sensor Care: Avoid placing large objects directly against the rear wall where the temperature sensors are located, as this can lead to inaccurate PID readings and over-cycling.
