The carrier acts as a stable rack for 15 mm Netwell™ inserts, holding them securely as they are moved between reagents. This is particularly beneficial for protocols requiring multiple wash steps or sequential staining, where timing and consistency are critical for reproducible results.

Application Insight:

Netwell™ carriers are most effective when paired with Corning® 12-well plates. To use, simply load your tissue or sample onto the Netwell™ mesh inserts, place the inserts into the carrier, and use the handle to move the entire batch from the growth media to fixation, permeabilization, and staining buffers. This "dip and move" technique ensures your delicate samples are never touched by forceps, preserving their structural integrity.
