These reservoirs are specifically designed to interface with HTS Transwell-24 Permeable Supports. By using a single, large rectangular well instead of 24 individual compartments, you can provide uniform media conditions to an entire 24-well insert at once, significantly reducing the labor involved in media changes and feeding schedules.

Application Insight: TC-Treated vs. Not Treated
It is important to select the correct reservoir surface for your specific protocol:
- TC-Treated (4395): Choose this model if you intend to grow a "feeder layer" of cells on the bottom of the reservoir to interact with the cells in the Transwell insert (co-culture)
- Not Treated (3395): Choose the non-treated version if you only require a tray to hold media or buffer and want to prevent any stray cells or proteins from adhering to the plastic surface
