The Chemglass Korzun Process Reactors, Glass Baffles are designed to be used with 2L to 50L reactors. They increase agitation in the reactor and mimic baffles found in larger glass lined reactors. The baffles can be adjusted inside the reactor. It includes the glass baffle, the PTFE adapter, and the lower PTFE compression fitting.

Chemglass Korzun Process Reactors, Glass Baffles, 2 L - 50 L

Features:

Designed to increase agitation in the reactor and mimic baffles found in larger glass lined reactors
All baffles have 3/4" precision ground top and lower tubing for use with compression fittings and top jointed adapter
Available in square or rectangular shapes, open or closed bottom
PTFE joint is offset permitting baffle to be adjusted up to 1" towards the center of the reactor
Baffle can be vertically adjusted inside reactor
Hollow baffles allow thermocouples from 1/8 in to 1/4 in in diameter to be inserted into the reaction

Includes:

Glass baffle
Glass-filled PTFE adapter
Lower PTFE compression fitting
