Unlike standard microcentrifuges, this series supports both fixed-angle and various other rotor types, making it suitable for a wide range of research and clinical tasks.

A standout feature of this model is the integrated status indicator, which provides a clear visual signal from across the room to show if the unit is spinning, in standby, or has completed its run.

Features:

Features an automatic radio-frequency rotor identification system (RFID) that provides immediate over-speed protection upon rotor insertion
An optimized airflow system ensures that samples remain below 40°C, even during high-speed runs
Equipped with a powerful induction drive for long-term reliability
Includes a USB interface for easy software updates via a PC
The touch-operation control panel features a splash-proof foil keyboard and a large LCD display

Distinct Control Panel:

Speed Range: 200 to 14,000 rpm (adjustable in increments of 10)
Performance Profiles: 10 acceleration and 10 deceleration rates, including unbraked deceleration
Timer: Pre-selectable from 10 s up to 99 h 59 min, or continuous mode
Program Memory: Stores up to 99 unique runs, including specific rotor settings
Short Runs: Includes a "Quick-key" for momentary centrifugation

Rotor Required: Except for the bundle option (Z287-BND-MB), the Z287-A base unit does not include a rotor. You must select at least one compatible rotor from the accessories tab to complete your system.
