The Corning PYREX® Oil Conical Centrifuge Tubes are specifically designed for standard testing methods for water and sediment in petroleum products. They feature Type 1 Class A borosilicate glass to prevent expansion during centrifugation. These petroleum centrifuge tubes can be cooled down to -230°C or heated up to 230°C using a hot plate, flame, oven, and more. They can be autoclaved repeatedly at cycles of 121°C at 15 psi for 15 minutes.
The PYREX® Oil Conical Centrifuge Tubes featuring easy-to-read white graduations, are designed for determining water and sediment content in petroleum products following established methods. These tubes are essential for quality control and analysis in the petroleum industry.

Note: This product is not designed for and is not rated for vacuum or pressure applications. Additionally, do NOT plunge product directly into a liquid coolant. Place the product in the vapor phase of
the liquified gasses for slow cooling prior to immersion in the coolant.
