Formulated with Accuris Hot Start Taq Polymerase, this mix ensures superior specificity and accuracy across a wide range of templates, including genomic DNA and cDNA. The proprietary buffer system provides optimal conditions for polymerase activity and probe detection, resulting in earlier Ct values, a broad detection range, and reliable amplification even in complex assays.
Available in high, low, and no ROX formulations, qMAX™ Probe is compatible with most qPCR instruments and supports both fast and standard cycling protocols. Its robustness minimizes the need for optimization, making it an excellent choice for demanding research and diagnostic applications.
