Description
The oven’s intelligent design is centered on user control and reliability. A 4.3-inch color touchscreen controller allows users to preset complex, multi-segment programs (up to 64 steps) and provides PID-accurate control. The inner chamber is made from corrosion-resistant mirror stainless steel with a rounded inner angle for easy cleaning. Safety is paramount: the oven features over-temperature set point and shutdown protection, an Independent over-temperature limit controller, a USB data collection port for traceability, and a 2-year warranty. The Adjustable Exhaust Port/Vent and airtight door sealing further ensure safety and performance.
