- Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from all ignition sources (sparks, open flames). Always keep containers in a dedicated Flammable Liquid Storage Cabinet
- Personal Protection: Use Toluene only under a certified fume hood. Wear nitrile or Viton™ gloves (standard latex offers poor protection against aromatics) and chemical safety goggles
- Static Discharge: When transferring large volumes from the 204 L drum, ensure the drum and receiving vessel are properly grounded and bonded to prevent static-induced ignition
