ILDA Meeting, Fall 2021

As part of its bi-annual meetings, The Lab Depot attended ILDA’s (Independent Laboratory Distributor’s Association) Fall 2021 meeting in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Representatives from The Lab Depot included CEO John Seelke, CFO Jere Allen, and Marketing Manager Danielle Schmidt. The three-day conference featured vendor displays and demonstrations including presentations by MTC Bio and LevGo. This fall’s keynote speaker was human resources expert Hunter Lott who discussed business management and human resources decision-making.

ILDA helps provide a community for laboratories, laboratory supply distributors, and manufacturers based on common interests and mutually beneficial relationship building. Conferences take place twice a year in different cities around the country and provide a great networking opportunity. Members exchange trending ideas, market news, updates, and new product offerings and special campaigns.

As a recognized member, The Lab Depot’s CEO sits on the Board of Directors as ILDA’s Vice Chairman. The ILDA Board dedicates time and effort to researching larger industry trends and presenting valuable resources for its members regarding new and improved laboratory supply insights that support the organization’s collective efforts. These can include economic market performance and analysis and management innovations.
