These units are not equipped with a plug and must be hardwired into a conduit to a 120 VAC power source. Periodic Manual Defrosting is required to prevent severe ice build-up. Products require 4 inches of clearance around the back and sides of the unit for proper ventilation. Improper installation will void the warranty and will lead to temperature maintenance issues, overheating, and possible failure.
