Return PolicyWe take extreme caution when packing your order and to fill orders correctly.However, please inspect your order as soon as received and should you detect missing or defective items, contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Damaged Freight: Customer must report any damage to the carrier within 7 days of receipt to request inspection. Discarded material cannot be claimed for credit. If it becomes necessary to return a product to the Lab Depot please contact Customer Service for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The Lab Depot must receive returns within 30 days of RGA approval. Otherwise, the RGA will be refused. RGA numbers must appear on the packing list and items to be returned must be packaged and shipped in accordance and in compliance of all applicable regulations. Note* some returned items could be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Items not returnable for credit include: Opened or damaged containers, material past its expiration date or with an expiration date too short for resale, material requiring refrigeration, radioactive material, custom or special orders, Controlled Substances and DEA List 1 Chemicals. |
