• Do you have an order minimum?

    Yes, we do. The minimum order is $50.00. Although you can place an order under $50.00 there is a $25.00 shipping and handling fee.

    We accept hard copy faxed purchase orders from government agencies, public schools, & universities. The PO must have contact information for accounts payable, ship to information, a purchase order number and an authorization signature.
  • Can I set up a business credit account?

    Yes, an account can be set up for established companies with existing credit references by faxing your credit reference form to 706-265-2370 or requesting a credit application from jasonkenney@labdepotinc.com. Request must be accompanied by order. Minimum order to establish credit $250.00.
  • Is your online credit card processing secure?

    We take numerous steps to ensure that your payment information is
    processed confidentially, accurately and securely. www.labdepotinc.com uses encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your credit card information during data transport.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    Shipping is generally done via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or methods the customer may request. Items that weigh over 50 lbs may incur additional freight charges above our Flat Rate Shipping. Certain hazardous items may have shipping restrictions and may require additional hazardous charges. UPS or FED EX may not accept these items and alternate shipping methods will be used. We will make every effort to minimize shipping charges.

    Shipping regulations are constantly changing but we will try to inform our customers as this occurs. We ship from various locations within the Continental US. We will attempt to ship from the warehouse nearest to the ordering customer.

    These terms only apply within the Continental US. Shipments to Canada may incur additional freight charges. We can ship on customer freight accounts. In these cases, all additional freight charges will be waived.

  • I received one item from my order. Where are the rest?

    We ship from various warehouses throughout the US. Usually orders with multiple items ship from various locations where ground shipment receipt times can vary.
  • My item is broken or damaged. What do I do?

    Contact customerservice@labdepotinc.com or call us at 1-800-733-2522. Broken or damaged items have to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of package. All appliances and equipment are considered as received in good condition upon signature of delivery confirmation. Please inspect these items for damage prior to signing off on the condition.

    If it becomes necessary to return a product to the Lab Depot please contact Customer Service for credit, a replacement or, a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

    The Lab Depot must receive returns within 30 days of RGA approval. Otherwise, the RGA will be refused. RGA numbers must appear on the packing list and items to be returned must be packaged and shipped in accordance and in compliance of all applicable regulations.
  • How do I return an item?
