CryoClear™ has been designed for use in specialized applications such as Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), where the most stringent standards must be met. CryoClear™ vials have expiration dates printed on each vial, and are lot-certified by an independent laboratory to be free of all contaminants including Human DNA, DNase, RNase, Pyrogens and ATP. The vials feature an o-ring for a perfect, leak proof seal. CryoClear™ vials keep biological samples unaltered in temperatures as low as -196°C.

Exclusive to CryoClear™ is the uniquely designed screw cap on our internally threaded vials. The o-ring is enclosed within the walls of the screw cap thereby preventing potential contamination from biological fluids adhering to the o-ring. This special feature ensures maximum closing force, eliminates the risk of o-ring bulge, and guarantees the vials to be 100% leak-free.

Features
• CryoClear™ vials are lot certified to be free of all contaminants including Human DNA, DNase, RNase, Pyrogens and ATP.
• An expiration date is printed on each vial and every lot is certified by an independent testing laboratory.
• Our self-standing vials feature a specially designed base that interlocks with Globe workstations. This allows for easy one-handed opening and closing of caps.
• Manufactured in a Class 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO quality guidelines (ISO 13485:2004, ISO 14644 and ISO 14698).
• Each tube is printed with a unique barcode to eliminate the need for labels during storage.
• Our self-standing vials feature a specially designed base that interlocks with Globe workstations. This allows for easy one-handed opening and closing of caps.

Technical
• Both the cap and vial are produced from the same material, polypropylene (PP), to ensure equivalent performance at different temperatures.
• CryoClear™ vials are sterilized by beta rays and are autoclavable at +121°C, 15 psig (1 bar) for 20 minutes.
• Temperature range: -196°C to +121°C.
• The specially designed cap with o-ring keeps samples safe in temperatures as low as -196°C in the gas phase of liquid nitrogen.
Warning: Do not use CryoClear™ vials to store specimens in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen.

Packaging:
• CryoClear vials are packaged in heavy duty tamper-evident resealable bags. 100 vials per bag, 10 bags per case.
